Animals Owned/Animal interests: I have two lovable and entertaining four-legged children. "Betty", a black and white domestic short hair and "Benji", a tabby domestic short hair, they are two feline littermates that my husband and I adopted from the Humane Society of Broward County.
Goals/aspirations in the animal field: Veterinary School is a possibility in the future. However, I am currently enrolled in a 3-year Veterinary Technician program while working part time as a proud member of the Gulfshore Animal Hospital team. I look forward to broadening my knowledge of Animal Medicine while continuing to play a part in saving and improving the lives of our patients and clients.
Favorite Food: Einstein power bagel with a "schmer" of peanut butter - there's nothing like it.

Hobbies: Distance running. I run an average of 45 miles per week (almost all of it before 7am) and I love to compete in various races. I've completed 5 marathons including my "hometown race", the Boston Marathon, in April 2004.
